RESOLVE, Inc. was founded in 1974 as a national, non-profit consumer organization. It is a unique nationwide network that provides education, advocacy and support. There are over fifty chapters nationwide. RESOLVE can help you find answers to your questions about infertility by assisting you in making decisions relating to treatment, coping techniques, and insurance issues. Infertility is a disease or condition of the reproductive system. It may have one or several causes and is diagnosed with a series of tests comprising an "infertility work-up." Infertility includes difficulty conceiving, as well as the inability to carry a pregnancy that results in a live birth. |
